Weekly Pool Service
Every visit: skim, brush the walls and steps, vacuum, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, test and balance the water, then check the equipment and flow.
In summer that is the difference between a clear pool and a green one. A week of Florida sun will strip the chlorine out of a pool that is low on stabilizer, and once algae has a foothold you are into a recovery job instead of a cleaning.
Pool Filter Cleaning
We clean cartridge, sand and DE filters.
The one people get wrong is the cartridge. Hosing it off from the outside is not cleaning it. Sunscreen and body oils work down into the pleats, and the only real fix is pulling the element and soaking it. A filter nobody has opened in two years will cost you a pump long before it costs you clarity, because the motor is working harder every week to push water through it.
Spa and Hot Tub Cleaning
A spa holds a fraction of the water a pool does, so the chemistry swings much faster and body oils load the filter in weeks rather than months. We test and balance, clean the surfaces and the filter, check the jets, and clear out debris.
Worth saying plainly: no amount of chemical saves water that has been sitting too long. Spas need draining and refilling periodically. That is normal, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you chemicals.
Pool Tile and Waterline Cleaning
That white crust along the waterline is calcium. Water evaporates, the minerals stay behind, and they collect at the line where the surface sits. Palm Beach County water is hard enough that it builds noticeably faster here than it would further north.
We take it off without damaging the tile or the grout. It is far easier to stay on top of than to fix after a few years of buildup, and if yours has been left a long time we would rather look at it before quoting than promise a result over the phone.
What Our Cleaning Service Includes
Chemical-only service starts at $100 a month. That covers water testing, balancing with our chemicals, emptying the skimmer basket, an equipment check, and filter cleaning twice a year. It suits people who are happy to net and brush themselves and just want the chemistry handled properly.
Full service starts at $170 and adds skimming, brushing, vacuuming and a full equipment inspection on every visit.
Both include the chemicals. Check that when you compare quotes, because a rate that excludes chems is not the rate you end up paying. We are licensed and insured, and factory trained on Hayward, Pentair, Jandy and Zodiac.
